Invokes the pro_tuning_reset_indication callback for all channels.

Invokes the pro_tuning_reset_indication callback for all channels.

After the callbacks are invoked, this routine waits until all channels are quiescent.

This routine is called after a tuning profile has been started, and immediately before it's ready to send the MSG triggering the lower-layer negotiations.

Parameters:

inst - A pointer to the channel-instance structure associated with the tuning profile.
